Before Muttville existed, many senior dogs who arrived in shelters were automatically euthanized. Muttville rescues those at-risk dogs, gives them the care they need, and finds them wonderful new forever homes. Our vet, foster, and adoption programs make sure that they are able to live their best lives. Our Seniors for Seniors programs allows senior citizens the opportunity to experience the inimitable love of a canine companion, and our humane education program plants the seeds of compassion in our youngest citizens.
